New tunes! @jsswhtny and I sat down an afternoon this past winter and made an album. It was a magical experience to share that moment. I played the coco, sidrax and dual plumbutter on this one and experimented with the sonic range of those instruments. Our album “Waking Dreams” is out now on @aether_sound ! One of my favorite labels @aether_sound released a 5 year anniversary compilation with some of the best experimental artists in Minneapolis. I am honored to have a song and be alongside so many fantastic artists. It’s a diverse collection that explores the sonic diversity of the local scene. Thanks to @jsswhtny for curating such a wonderful comp and including me on it! Check it out!
The covers that @sundayundercover makes for my albums always have a perfect touch to them. Whether she’s framing a photo or creating original artwork, her keen eye for texture, beauty and emotion always complements my music perfectly. Aside from being an amazing artist, she’s also the best human I know.
