Siapa yang pernah kena Yoga Butt? Aku pernah… 2 kali lagi, kanan kiri 😭 Yoga butt adalah istilah untuk nyeri atau iritasi di area hamstring yang menempel di tulang duduk. Istilah medisnya Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy. Gejala? * Nyeri dalam di bawah bokong / dekat tulang duduk * Terasa ketarik terutama saat forward fold * Duduk lama bisa ngilu🥲 * Kadang terasa sampai paha belakang atas Penyebab? * Memaksa fleksibilitas tanpa cukup strength * Overstretch hamstring berkali-kali * Alignment kurang tepat * Terlalu cepat deep stretch saat otot belum siap Yang biasanya membantu: * Kurangi deep hamstring stretching sementara * Tambahin latihan strength untuk area hamstring dan glutes. * Microbend di lutut saat forward fold * Gunakan props (block atau strap) Sebenarnya banyak banget opsi gerakan lainnya, yang disini opsi favorit personal aja. #yogabutt #hamstring

Yes, I’m a yoga instructor but I love movement in many forms. Strength training, pilates, dance, calisthenics, swing yoga… because every style teaches me something new❤️ Badan cuma satu tapi suka banyak mau🥲

Another version of me😆 usually into yoga, now trying Pilates. And once again, I had such a fun session! It always feels great to explore a different kind of movement and try something new. I also really enjoy connecting with other coaches, sharing knowledge in a fun way❤️ Thank you @xenacallista1 @soulates.smg , you’re such a great coach! Wishing you all the best on your next step. Daripada memaksakan suatu asana sampai mengorbankan alignment (atau malah berisiko cedera), lebih baik pakai bantuan prop, salah satunya yoga strap Yoga strap bantu menjaga alignment, jadi gerakan lebih aman dan efektif. Contohnya di 3 asana ini… dan masih banyak pose lain yang bisa kamu adjust pakai strap. Kalau belum punya strap, bisa pakai handuk kecil. #yogastrap #yogaforeveryone #yogabasic #yogabelt #yogaprops
