It was such a pleasure to facilitate breathwork for AXIS London, a truly immersive day retreat featuring sound healing, breathwork, energy work, and meaningful community connection.
We spend so much of our lives in our heads and on our screens. This was a beautiful opportunity to slow down, drop into the body, and simply be.

As it’s the world’s Aids day, I want to celebrate life. Thank the ongoing research coming closer to freedom. One might believe the world is free from the stigma of HIV, yet the fight still has purpose. We will stand strong regardless of the obstacles.
What saved me was the support of family and friends. The help I didn’t think I needed at the time. That’s how I pulled through.
We all need love. It’s a simple expression that changes one’s life. Never underestimate it’s power.
