5th place at National Brewers Cup 2026 ☕️ This year means a lot. My first time using Thai coffee on stage, from Gesha trees we planted 4 years ago with @iamnotabarista and @coffeewristbands . It still feels unreal, but I’m proud to see it come full circle. Huge thanks to @billy_akhaza.coffee @akhaza_coffee for making this possible. This is also a year of redemption. Thank you @billlisq1 for trusting me to bring @pochogallardo coffee back to the stage and make things right. These experiences came together into something meaningful. Thank you to everyone who came to my café pop-up at the 2025 U.S. National Brewers Cup! I’m so grateful to have shared this experience with you and to have you be part of my journey to third place. This year was incredibly fun, surrounded by amazing coffee competitors, judges, volunteers, and coffee lovers. Once again, I’m bringing 3rd place back home to Boston, and I couldn’t be more honored. 3RD 🥉 NATIONAL BREWERS CUP in 2024 This legendary story could not have been possible without the help from my dear friend, my brother, my coach @iamgabrielcarol , who believed in me. Staying up late at night, waking up early in the morning, and spending every minute on me, even video calling during traffic in the car. Newbery St - Jaroon Khunlao Natural 10 Days I’ve been waiting all year for this one. This Thai natural process lot is a total standout, roasted by the incredible Pack Katisomsakul from Newbery St—the back-to-back US Brewers Cup medalist (‘24 & ‘25). Bright, clean fruit. Red apple and strawberry up front, with a soft raspberry sweetness underneath.
