The team at ARCA took the time to show us parts of Tulum that were off the beaten path; Gonzalo led us through Mayan archaeological sites and a cenote and Ergelío shared his Melipona bees' harvest with us.

El pasado 31 de julio recibimos a @javierelpapagayo de @elpapagayo69 (Córdoba) y a @agostinaelena.ok & @sabrina.traverso de @sofa.unbar (Buenos Aires) para una noche inolvidable donde cocina y barra se alinearon con todo el sabor, la elegancia y el desmadre argentino.
