F House, Istanbul. A refined threshold between a home bar and a compact café-like setting, integrated into the travertine wall as a bespoke volume finished in burl wood veneer. Coffee culture, an important part of the clients’ daily lives, became one of the key focal points of the project. Professional machines, equipment, bar shelves with a collection of spirits and glassware, all embedded into the architecture. A daily habit, become a ritual here. At F House, the travertine wall surfaces were conceived as a continuous system, from the entrance hall through the living area, forming the architectural spine of the home. Introducing F House, Istanbul: A residential apartment at Kempinski Residences Balmumcu, transformed into a personal, layered, and lived-in home, where art, music, and daily rituals are embedded from the very beginning. The design moves away from the sterile anonymity of standard residential developments toward a space with a distinct character. Drawn from the material richness of 1970s modern living and the warm, sophisticated atmosphere of a collector’s home. XO Cape Arnna is envisioned as more than a hospitality venue, it is an orchestrated sensory experience, shaped by the design philosophy of Orchestrated Design. Inspired by the idea that architecture, like music, can form a spatial symphony, the project treats each design element as a sensory instrument, where light, sound, texture, scent, and taste come together to create a coherent and immersive composition. Drawing from the historical and natural richness of the region, the design reimagines hospitality through a contemporary yet deeply rooted lens. The lobby acts as the prelude to this experience, where light interacts with sculptural tree forms and reflective surfaces to guide the guest through a rhythmic journey. This space transcends its function as an entrance, becoming a scenographic stage that introduces the tempo of the experience to follow.
