As co-founder of Uncharted Tastes™, I’m proud to unveil this first preview of our upcoming docu-series. An exploration of Caribbean land, Indigenous roots, ancestral memory, and the stories carried through food across generations. What began as an idea is now becoming a living archive of culture, resilience, and identity. Special appreciation to Cane Rum Society for creating the space where culture, conversation, and vision converged in Stockholm, Sweden. This is only the beginning.

My partner and co-founder Shay of Uncharted Tastes is definitely not envious of me representing us here in Stockholm Sweden and tasting the best Trinidad and Tobago has to offer with Angostura's products being the main star.
