Trying unfamiliar expressions from familiar brands in the rum collection at @misslikklemores
Rums I've tried:
Rhum JM 2013 Single Vintage - Agricole Rhum from Martinique, aged 9 years in bourbon barrels. Very oak forward on the palate
Chairman's Reserve 1931 - From St. Lucia aged 6-12 years. Though it was only 46% I was feeling the heat on this one.
EL Dorado Single Still Versailles - Rum from Guyana, aged 12 years Different from the typical sweet flavor profile of El Dorado Rums. Was definitely getting a more fruit forward vibe on this one.
Let me know if you've tried any and what's your thoughts
