A little camera roll dump from lately 🍵🧪 The past few weeks have been full of renovation updates, menu trials, endless deliveries, long days, endless drives up the country (that’s on having two coffee shops in different towns) and lots of behind-the-scenes chaos… but it’s all finally starting to come together. We’ve watched the space transform piece by piece — the microcement, mint tiles, stainless steel counters, our coffee machine finally being installed (!!) — and it’s been so exciting seeing Matcha Lab come to life. We’ve also been deep into menu testing and honestly… the food dishes are unreal and the drinks are INSANE. We cannot wait for you to try what we’ve been creating 👀 Some of our packaging has started arriving and we are OBSESSED with how it’s turned out, it truly encapsulates the matcha lab vibe 💚 Somewhere between all of that, we’ve held endless interviews, built the best team, and started trying some of our favourite local spots around Winchester too — everyone has been so welcoming already ✨ Less than ONE week until opening now… We’re so ready to invite you into the lab.
