I get itā¦
I understand what goes through the minds of people who get cosmetic surgeryā¦as someone who paid big money for a hair transplant in 2023 I sympathise.
For me, it was a lack of confidence, I had just broken up with my ex and felt that I was worthless. I felt that if I could just improve myself in every way then I could just restore my confidence.
What I had failed to notice during that period was that I was perfectly healthy and happy with a shaved head.
I was meeting people, dating, gyming, socialising.
I still felt that there was more to do so I opted for a hair transplant. It was painful, expensive, the results were drawn out, and they donāt completely restore the hair. Further, the medication I had to take to maintain the hair began to have a huge impact on my health.
Eventually I had to come off it. However, I still had physical scars that would become visible again. I therefore opted to wear a hair system.
I wish I had known more about these first.
And that is why I am making this video.
I want to show anyone considering cosmetic surgery, particularly hair transplants, that there is nothing wrong with how you wear your hair or donāt wear your hair.
But if you do feel you want to go down that route, please consider transplants and the required mediation very carefully.
Alternatively, consider a hair system like mine. Itās done wonders for my confidence and Iām so happy I did it!
It lasts 4 weeks before having to be refit. And I can gym, swim, and shower as if it were my own. #vanlife #hairloss #hairsystem #hairlosssolution #menshealth
āThe homeless landlordā?!? š¤ā¦
A year ago my tenants wanted to buy the house they were living in, but they couldnāt get a mortgage at the time.
Instead of selling to someone else, I chose to wait. I moved into my camper van conversion and gave them the space and time to save, cause I believed in them.
I held the rent at £725/mo for a 3 bed house when the going rate was around £1k/mo.
Twelve months later,āØThey bought their first home, the same place they once rented from me.
Iām proud of them. I sold it for less than the going rate. That moment meant more to me than any quick sale ever could.
I still work hard, I still care about building a future for myself, and Iāll continue doing the work I do, but Iāll be building a life of my own instead of extracting wealth from others.
This chapter reminded me that success isnāt only about what you own, but about the choices you make and the freedom to decide what comes next.

Unemployed and homelessā¦
Hi Iām Ron, Iām an electrician based in Edinburgh, Scotland š. Iāve been living in the back of my campervan conversion for 20 months now. Rents in Edinburgh are minimum Ā£1k/month so therefore I have saved at least this much on rent/bills.
Today is one of my last on this construction site that I have been working on since May. It is a school in the Scottish Borders and it is very nearly complete.
I am currently on āsnaggingā duty which means correcting or finishing of installations before the site is handed over to the customer/main contractor.
Any questions about van life/electrical then please lemme know below. Thanks for watching š

I live in my campervan conversion full time in the UK. Iām currently on a road trip on the South Coast of England. Taking in North Devon, Cornwall and South Devon. From Newquay to St Ives, from Plymouth to Torquay.
Iāve followed other van lifers for a while, I always assumed southern van life was a bit like living in California, they all decorate their vans with surfboards and generally look healthier and less tired like us northern van lifers.
Today I met Josh who is a proper southern van lifer, he showed me his micro camper and then we went for a wild swim at Fogin Tor Quarry on Dartmoor. #vanlife #vanliving #campervanconversion #microcamper #vanlifeuk

I live in my campervan conversion full time in Edinburgh.
I have time off work so headed for a road trip on the South West coast of England.
1 rule: no campsites, this is to save money. Iām doing the whole road trip completely off grid.
Iāve already covered North Devon and Cornwall and now heading along the South coast to include places like Totnes and Torquay. #vanlife #vanliving #campervan #vanlifeuk #uktravels
If you think van lifers are bad, wait till you hear about landlordsā¦
Iāve been meaning to try this park up for a while. Itās only a 20 minute walk into Edinburgh city centre. Thereās good bus links too. Itās free all weekend and thereās plenty of space. During the week itās just Ā£11/day.
I wasnāt sure if I should make this reel as I didnāt wanna compromise the spot, but tbh itās well established and I believe thereās no harm in promoting parts of Edinburgh that are overlooked but just as valuable.
Car camping/van living has become incredibly popular for both tourists and long term tenants as an accommodation solution to avoid rents for both long term and short term rentals.
As an example during the Fringe festival, Air BnBās will routinely charge Ā£200+ per night on average. This is sucking money out of the economy as tourists have less to spend on the productive part of the economy such as retail, hospitality, tourism etc. therefore, by car camping tourists will have more money for these things, in turn benefiting Edinburghās economy.
Do you agree with this statement? Lemme know below, would be happy to hear your thoughts š
I used the parking spot quietly, I disposed of my waste appropriately and left the next morning. I also supported local businesses by shopping there.
If you do come to Edinburgh and choose to stay overnight in parking spots then please respect the local environment and people and clean up after yourselves š thank you :) #vanlife #vanliving #campervan #vanlifeuk #scotland

Dubbed āa mini fairy poolsā the Meeting of the 3 Waters is a point where 3 rivers meet and has formed a collection of pools that are deep and clear.

Would you live this way if it meant more freedom?
Iām Ron, I live full time in my van in Scotland. Recently Iām taking a holiday from work and travelling around the Scottish Highlands. Having a van means I can just pack up and head wherever the road takes me. I love the outdoors and nature and of course, wild swimming in Scottish Lochs š“ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó “ó æš #vanlife #vanliving #campervan #outdoor #scotland

Do we have to live anywhere?
Iām Ron, I live in my camper van (Ford Transit 2021 SWB) in Edinburgh.
A lot of you ask me how I managed to receive postā¦well receiving post and parcels isnāt difficult. I use Drop boxes and friends houses. But a lot of people donāt realise that you still need an actual correspondence address for official documentsā¦.they wonāt let you get āoff-gridā that easily.
Therefore I use my parentās house in Scarborough. As long as I can be contacted through these means then that is a valid address.
Hope this answers the question, if you have any more lemme know below š #vanliving #vanlife #campervan #vanlifeuk #vanlifediaries

Hypershell have asked me to test their exoskeleton on site.
Itās essentially a set of AI powered robot legs that assist with walking/running and offsetting loads.
It wonāt replace hard graft anytime soonā¦
But it does take the edge offāless fatigue, easier load carrying, and more miles in your day.
With a 17.5km range per battery it can last a full day on site of 12 hours.
The exoskeleton is agile and allows for free range of movement.
I donāt see everyone on construction sites adopting them but I can see it making a huge difference to individuals.
