Love In Portofino
My entry for 2026 Art of Italicus
.25oz (7.5mL) @condesagin Orange Blossom/prickly pear
1.5oz (22.5mL) @italicusrdb
3 drops of Neroli Oil (food grade)
6 oz (177.5mL) @lyresspiritco Classico
Lemon twist
Build in wine glass
1. Chill the wine glass by having in fridge or by chilling
with ice ; once cold add about 5/7 cubes of ice to wine glass
2. Add .25oz of Condesa Gin prickley pear and orange blossom gin to the glass
3. Add 1.5 oz (22.5mL) italicus to the glass
4.add 3/4 drops of neroli oil that is food grade
5.add 6oz (177.mL) of Lyre’s non alcoholic sparkling wine to the glass; still with spoon or straw to incorporate all the components of the cocktail well
5. Express lemon oils with a lemon twist and put in glass
6.Enijoy on a beach or somewhere and be taken to Portofino
