Today is the day Aaron finds out what’s actually going on inside.
The testing is real. The nerves are real.
This episode Aaron goes through his VO2 max test at @velocity_health . One of the most accurate measures of how your body is actually performing, not just how you feel day to day.
The result? Aaron’s internal body age came back 10 years younger than his biological age. Fitness level rated at the highest level you can score. Labeled an athlete.
But Aaron still doesn’t feel like it’s enough.
That’s the thing nobody talks about. You can be doing everything right and still feel like you’re falling short. Still feel like it’s not enough. That gap between what the data says and what your mind tells you is exactly why a program like @velocity_health exists.
It’s not just about the numbers. It’s about understanding them well enough to actually believe them.

“I can’t think of a better time to do this.”
The program is officially underway. This episode Aaron connects with the Velocity concierge, gets his first look at how the whole thing is structured, and has his initial call with Dr. Deep — one of the leading doctors behind the @velocity_health program.
No generic intake process. No waiting room small talk. From the first conversation, it’s clear this is built differently.
The stage is set. Things are about to get real.

We took a moment to sit down and talk about our experience collaborating with Craig and what it’s like taking a risk on ourselves.

We’ve been working hard with @shivworks_official to show you why owning your own PCN is 100% worth it.
Our bts magician, Dave, captured our insight into Craig’s world and what it’s like shooting with a self defense expert.
“I’m more anxious about my health than I let on.
Always have been. Watching people you love get sick does something to you. It makes every headache feel like something. Every weird result feels like the beginning of a conversation you don’t want to have.
This episode I sat down and actually talked about it. The family history. The fears. And I met my health coach at @velocity_health — someone who’s going to help me actually do something with what we find instead of just worrying about it.
That part already feels different.”

“I want to be around as long as I possibly can to see her go through life.”
That’s Aaron. CEO of Outerfields. Dad to a 3-year-old who loves toast with jam.
He woke up the morning of day one feeling anxious. Did it anyway.
We partnered with @velocity_health — a longevity clinic built around you specifically. Not a checklist. Not 10 minutes and out the door. A full picture of your health and a real plan for what to do with it.
This is Velocity Living. 6 episodes following Aaron through the full program — the testing, the results, the moments he didn’t see coming.
Close to 40. Thinking about heart disease and cancer. A daughter who’s watching. Now felt like the right time.
Follow Aaron along on this six episode mini series 👽

Last year our buddies had one of the craziest fashion shows Dallas has ever seen and we happen to vlog our day building up to the show.
Our first @outerfields_ interview with @goodgametac , custom Outerfields pieces delivered from @lvgoooooooo to our brand designer @zackpost_design , everything was intentional that day.
Thank you to @ivhzzzz for editing this video and @leviyoungbull for capturing the day 👽

When I travel to new places, I love walking around to get familiar with my surroundings and how people are living. It’s so fascinating to me. Unfortunately this trip to Cuba was so short I didn’t get to do that much, so many of these photos were taken on a 2-hour walk the morning we left. But truthfully, this city was beautiful to walk through. The essence of life is still very present in Cuba, even with buildings and resources being stripped down to nothing (quite literally). People still lived a life of work and play. I saw people stepping out of crumbling buildings in nice work clothes with makeup done. I saw kids playing soccer in the street. Life was active—it just looked like everything was falling apart around them.
I love capturing people in their everyday life, imagining my own daily routine and seeing the vast differences between my world and theirs. Truthfully, it’s the portraits of life in unique places that I want to capture more of. The reality is that I need to feel comfortable in an area and with the people before I can take the portraits I really desire. It requires vulnerability on my part before others open up and bring me into their life for a more meaningful portrait.
I’m sometimes hard on myself because I wish I could walk away with these portraits more easily, but I’m shy and want that connection before asking for a photo. Most of these are typical street-photography shots, but I want something more intimate. It’s tough because I know Spanish, but my confidence is low right now (need to practice), and I was nervous to approach someone and speak with them about taking their portrait. Yes, I was rushing so we didn’t miss our flight, but I wish I’d had the courage sooner.
This last photo of the guy looking at me was me pushing myself to talk to someone and get a “portrait.” Not the portrait I wanted, but it was me pushing myself. I was two people away from getting the portrait I really wanted. I just needed a little more time to push myself two more times. I enjoyed capturing this 2-hour walk, even though I wanted more out of it.
