🌎 Last week in Mexico City, Out & Equal convened nearly 130 LGBTQ+ and ally leaders from across Latin America for two powerful Partner gatherings designed to advance workplace inclusion in the region. At our LATAM Executive Roundtable, senior leaders came together for a high-level, peer-driven conversation, sharing insights, reflecting on the current state of LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion in Mexico and across the region, and exploring how leadership can use its influence to drive meaningful, sustainable change. The following day, our LATAM ERG Development Workshop created a space for strategy-driven learning, equipping ERG leaders with practical tools to strengthen engagement, deepen impact, and position ERGs as critical drivers of belonging, talent, and business success. Across both gatherings, attendees engaged in candid dialogue, built lasting connections, and reinforced a shared commitment to inclusive cultures that are intentionally built, protected, and sustained, especially in today’s evolving global landscape. In Latin America and beyond, inclusion is not just a value, it’s a business and leadership imperative shaping the future of work.
