Located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, this coastal residence is conceived as a contemporary retreat that blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. Designed by Brandon Architects in collaboration with Studio McGee and Cabo Development Group, the project embraces its oceanfront setting through a seamless spatial integration.
Enhanced by steel-and-glass doors developed with the W75 TB system by Ottostumm | Mogs, the house strengthens its connection to the landscape through transparency, lightness, and continuity.
Inspired by Spanish architectural traditions and the surrounding ocean views, the residence unfolds through open living areas and ocean-facing suites, where large openings create a constant dialogue between interior and nature.
