Located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, this coastal residence is conceived as a contemporary retreat that blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. Designed by Brandon Architects in collaboration with Studio McGee and Cabo Development Group, the project embraces its oceanfront setting through a seamless spatial integration. The project preserves the original oil mill structure, combining traditional materials such as stone and wood with clean volumes and expansive glazing that enhances natural light and frames views of the surrounding olive groves. The exhibition spaces are conceived as a fluid sequence, guiding visitors through a spatial and sensory experience connected to agricultural culture.
