Excited for backyard meals with friends as the weather warms up! I can't get over how beautiful this shoot was with Studio McGee and Loeffler Randall in New York last year. Even though we had bursts of rain that left us completely soaked, we managed to find a pocket of good weather and created some beautiful photos.

No words can describe the love I have for this little guy. He’s been the best boy for 15+ years. The perfect adventure buddy and companion. I’m at a loss for words as I prepare to say goodbye. The tears feel endless. He’s been with me all my adult life and I don’t know what life looks like without him. He’s brought me endless joy and laughter through all the ups and downs of life, been my one constant through it all. Thank you for showing me unconditional love Frodo, being my best friend and continuing to be the happiest boy when your body started to give up on you. For friends and family that had the chance to know Frodo, I would love to hear any memories you might have of him, big or small, to cherish all the good moments. I love you Frodo buddy, Tofu, The Frodes, Fatty, Frodo Dog Call Baggins. Thank you for being the best boy this girl could ask for. I will miss you forever.
7.7.24 The most magical day exchanging vows with my best friend.
After a week of bouncing around the PNW, mountain biking, camping and spending time with good friends, we met up with a group of close friends who doubled as our officiant, witnesses, and photographers and boarded a ferry to Orcas Island. Regardless of high tides and taking way too much Dramamine and sleeping for 11 hours (guess who), we found the perfect spot. Surrounded by nature and friends, we exchanged vows, shed a lot of happy tears and said “I do”.

To @harrisspray for transcribing our vows last second and all your day of help. To @kateberg9 & @bschaff12 for being our witnesses, all your help and being the best hype team. And to @sojourn.ist & @rhammy for capturing the most beautiful photos of the evening and finding all the best spots, we’ll cherish these forever.
8.3.24 Thank you to our families and friends who celebrated with us this weekend and all the help it took to make it happen. Shout out to @mbmcall for all your help especially. There are countless people who traveled far distances to celebrate and share their love and it means the world to us. Thank you ❤️

Hands down the best thing that has happened this past year was my twin moving back to Utah. It has been amazing to have my best friend back and see him almost every day. On top of that, he started painting during the pandemic and turns out, he’s ridiculously good at it! He’s a complete natural. He painted this beautiful portrait of Frodo for me and it’s by far my favorite art in the house. Go check out @andrewbrentcallart and give him a follow and see all his incredible art.
Just wrapped up a good day of shooting up in Billings, MT with the talented @kiblerandkirch . I took this photo of their incredible studio space last fall and it’s just been sitting on my phone. One of these days I might get better about posting regularly.

Never in a million years did I think I’d be walking through the store trying to find a @people magazine with my photo on the cover! It’s been a career highlight (to say the least) working with @studiomcgee over the past few years. Their talents, ambition and drive are truly inspiring. Merry Christmas Eve! This is the first year that I have decorated my home for Christmas and I’m so glad that I did because it hardly feels like a holiday otherwise. My family will be having a Christmas breakfast outside in 35 degree weather. It’s definitely not what we had in mind, but I’m grateful for the chance to spend time with them and that it’ll be sunny. I’m curious what other people are doing to celebrate during this strange year. Please share any new ways that you are celebrating the holidays! I’d love to hear.

I had the opportunity to photograph the new @foundationgoods shop a couple of months ago. It was a challenge to not stop and look around at all the great items they carry. This week I checked out their holiday open house and stocked up on way too many candles, tea, and some holiday decor. If you’re in the Salt Lake City area, today is the last day of their open house. For a person who rarely leaves the house beyond work these days, this felt extremely safe and almost normal.
