This will be the debut of my brand new live show. If you caught any of the Null Assembly DJ sets I did to support my Animism album this year at Celestial Diadem or earlier sets while I was doing DJ supports for bands, this set is not that...
I have made a full length album called, Maskenfreiheit over the last six months. However it's a full length album that you can only hear if you come to see it live or if maybe you find a bootleg recording somewhere...
There's also an album length video that goes alongside the show that has taken as much programming as the music has and is the accumulation of a year of work.
Maskenfreiheit is a huge project that I have quietly been hard at work on since last November in any time that wasn't taken up by 601, OST, DeVlog and Devolution Magazine and Chilli Shop.
All those projects aside there is actually a definite time for
Null Assembly everyday, it's exactly at 5 AM before anyone bothers me and I'm at my most creative.
So obviously, I'm becoming one of those eccentric people that makes deliberately overly difficult things into their old age. Like those people that make replicas of cathedrals with matchsticks.
Anyway, come and watch the debut performance of my brand new show at Wharf Chambers, Ambient Leeds,
this Thursday. I could tell you what it's about, and it is about something, but in the past I've flat out mansplained my exact concepts. All I'm saying this time is...
