Policy | Terms and conditions
Designs and inspiration must be sent beforehand during consultation and before appointment, any changes please communicate and let me know before appointment to avoid disappointment.
Please state the conditions of your nails in consultation and whether a removal is required so you get full knowledge of price.
At the moment I can remove other peoples work on your nails but you must let me know beforehand.
I’m only subject to working on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday at specific locations.
Please arrive on time or slightly before your appointment especially for harder sets to allow extra time for me to work within.
No-shows will run the risk of being blacklisted from me so please let me know 24hrs before your appointment if you decide to cancel.
Fixes - within a week with proper reason fixes will be free however after a week you are supposed to take care of them e.g. letting them dry after a warm bath - not tapping and using them as tools. Otherwise there will be a £5 to £15 charge if you require a rescheduled fix ( if you do please reach out and dm me to book one ) so please take care of the nails and they will last up o 4 weeks.
After confirmation of price and booking you have agreed to these T&C.
Cancellations are to be stated 48 hrs or more otherwise they are subject to half your appointment to be paid to continue any future services.
(Cancellations ON THE DAY- will be subject to a full charge of nails paid otherwise you won’t be able to rebook your next appointment until it’s paid otherwise - strictly)
