Delighted to perform andexhibit at the @lagedor_event in London the last few days. Many thanx to the organisers of such a diverse and profound plethora of weirdness, to all who came along, and especially to @christina_deva and @catherinegerbrands for cocreating such wondrous soundscapes that I was able to flux fluidly betwixt music and visual expression...
Now I have arrived at beautiful @la.briche in France to prepare for the first ever live performance of HirSine -more living sculpture, ritual, theatre, transformation and wyrd musics imminent next weekend (7th-10th May) at the always epic @music_magic_myth -tickets still available via musicmagicmyth.com (or via their insta page)…. stills from footage by @elinaiyrai
On my way to London to exhibit and perform at the @lagedor_event New art up (oils, Hekate bronze...) 1st-3rd May as a part of a large Surrealist group show. I am also performing there on Sunday 3rd:
-violin, voice and clay/horn/fungus self-sculpting, accompanied by the ethereal vocals of @christina_deva (3rd pic) and @catherinegerbrands (2nd pic) who will also be playing bowed saw. The three of us jammed just before I left this hemisphere last year and it was fantastic, so I'm excited about this first public collaboration!

Enjoying finishing this one in the Spring sun back at Le Chalet Crepuscule (Ardennes Belgium) as it features this very coming of the season! The ice thaws beneath the paws of the Cats which draw Her chariot, and a tiny sprout shoots up through the cracks (second photo)... This work, along with my new Hekate bronze and several others, will be exhibited for the first time at the imminent @lagedor_event 1st-3rd May in London -also performing (clay-morphing and live violin and voice) there on the 3rd with @christina_deva (vocals) and @catherinegerbrands (vocals and bowed saw) -more about that soon...

Oryelle will be self-sculpting, altering their own face and form with CLAY and various appendages, in an ecstatic catharsis incorporating butoh dance.
Live music for this metamorphosis will be created by Oryelle himself — voice and violin through loops and effects — accompanied by the ethereal yet earthy vocals of Christina Deva.

Perth Archives Pt I
Recently I returned for 4 days to the house I grew up in Western Australia for the first time in 33 years. Foraging through boxes and folios of my creations (drawings, novels, plays, comics...) from primary school, highschool, artschool (first only year of what was supposed to be a 3-year course, before I went my own way)... These first 3 pieces are from that uni fine arts course:
1. life modeling sketch in oils
2. silkscreen: 'The Bombed City'
3. charcoal drawing of bones
