From the moment I met Makenna, her energy was absolutely magnetic — and watching Connor light up every time she walked into the room? That’s was amazing! Their families made this day feel like the biggest, warmest celebration, and that bright citrus palette against the ocean views at La Valencia was perfect. So honored to have been there for this one.
The vision here was lush and deeply romantic, with that bit of old-world grandeur only the Crown Room can offer. We leaned into soft mauves, layered blush blooms, candlelight, and rich texture to let the space feel both opulent and deeply inviting.
The florals were abundant, the glow was intentional, and every table was designed to feel like its own beautiful little world. Creating a room for Jenith and Jed that felt warm, timeless, and effortlessly elegant from the moment guests stepped inside.

Seven years ago, this started with a swipe.

She was on her way to becoming an Internal Medicine physician.
He has been right there with her, making decisions that keep them moving forward together.
And now it all leads here.
A wedding at The Prado in Balboa Park, a place that already meant something long before this day.
This is not just where they are getting married.
It is where a lot of her story already lives.
They are bringing 35 of their closest people into that.
Which makes it feel even more personal.
