I want to share a bit about the heart behind Project Love.
From as early as age 5, I remember seeing children on the streets of Lekki and Victoria Island begging for food. I couldn’t unsee it. What started as empathy quickly became a sense of responsibility — to do more than just look away.
On many Sundays, after church, I’d roll down the car window and give out my own snacks to hungry children. It was a small, simple act, but it became a personal commitment to redirect what I had toward those who didn’t. One shared meal and a listening ear eventually became the blueprint for something bigger.
Guided by my faith and the belief that every child deserves dignity, love, and opportunity, that empathy grew into what we now know as Project Love — a youth-led outreach that has reached 1,800+ children across Nigeria.
A quick look at our journey:
• Project Love 1.0 – Okrika, Rivers State: 300+ children reached with meals and festive care
• Project Love 2.0 – Marwa, Lekki: 1,000+ children served through feeding, games, and gifts
• Project Love 3.0 – Okrikam Rivers State (COVID era): 500+ children supported with hygiene kits and relief materials
This Christmas, we’re doing it again.
Project Love 4.0 holds on December 25, 2025, in Lagos, from 10AM – 3PM, with a focus on:
• Nutritious Christmas meals for 500+ children
• Free vision health support
• 100 personal hygiene kits
• Faith-based motivation for future leaders
At the core of it all is one belief: every child deserves nutrition, education, health, and a future worth believing in. Project Love is proof that young people can create a real impact. Thank you to those who have supported this vision from day one — let’s make this edition even more meaningful as we continue to turn love into action. ❤️🎁
