San Ignacio tasting quite the treat this week, super creamy yet crisp. We’re getting toffee, almond & milk chocolate on espresso.
This replaces our Tirra until the fresh harvest arrives in July & we’re super buzzed to have managed to reserve all of it this year round 🏃♂️

Every now and then we have batches that don’t always go to plan, to minimise waste we are offering these at a loss as the coffee is too good to waste.
We have 7 x 1kg available on the webshop right now 👀
Our filter subscription this month is a natural coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, we’ve sourced this coffee through @drwakefield_coffee & have been loving it since the day it arrived in the roastery 📦
We approached this coffee with filter brewing in mind, highlighting its natural fruit forward profile. We’re getting flavours like pineapple, melon & cocoa 🍫
If you’d like new coffee delivered weekly or monthly check out subscriptions on our webshop ☕️
Introducing Opal Coffee, a micro roastery from Ireland. Already a firm favourite behind the bar and flying off our retail shelves this month. So much so, we’ve already had to restock! ☕✨
These coffees smell incredible, look beautiful, and taste even better. Here’s what we currently have brewing:
El Jaragual, Colombia - A thermal shock washed coffee that’s basically straight-up mango juice. Bright, intense and ridiculously delicious on pour over.
La Esperanza, Colombia - Natural filter bursting with raspberry, vanilla and sweet candy floss.
Fazenda, Brazil - Pulped natural filter with rich sweetness, caramel and chocolate notes, finished with nutty undertones. Classic Brazilian goodness.
Available to enjoy in the shop or take home. Grab a pack while it’s here, clearly it doesn’t hang around for long. 👀
