A Useless Manifesto That Makes You Useless - The newly cleaned carpets of the penthouse suite of the Living Shangri-La still sully my mud stained shoes. It’s such a terrible shame that people become so ruthlessly focused on separating themselves from others that they literally cannot physically see those who are beneath them. Thus, if they believe us to be so useless they cannot bear to view us in our entirety then we should allow them the displeasure of being correct. Suns out and the tutting tree is in full bloom 🌞🌴 Hey y’all! I’m very excited to announce that I will be offering a tutting progressive this summer. So if you’ve ever wanted to learn tutting but never knew where to start or never had community now is the time ;) Tutting has long been one of my main forms of expression and I wanted to share my knowledge and my perspective on it, one that is heavily influenced by turfing and Bay Area culture, and also Flexn and connecting. Don’t know what those things are? I will definitely be mentioning these things in class. So come to class I’d love to talk about it 🤟🏼 This is an open level class, and will be primarily focusing on fundamentals of tutting but I will cover advanced topics as well so more experienced tutters can brush up on their skills and learn something also! You can come for the entire series or feel free to drop in for classes but this is a progressive so we will be progressing Lol Also look forward to a special surprise at the end of this series… 🤫 Let’s get to work 😁 Please DM me if you have any questions!

Ooze represents “illest illusionz” crew, a dance/arts collective from Surrey and has competed in and won many street dance competitions, making a name for himself both locally and internationally. Embedded within his art are bits and pieces of the story of his essential experience. 🌀 Tegvaran Sooch is a versatile artist from Surrey, BC, training in styles like Hip-Hop and KRUMP. Representing the “illest illusionz” crew, Teg has had the opportunity to compete in various local and out-of-town street dance tournaments, spanning cities such as Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Seattle. For Teg, dance is a way of storytelling and emotional expression. He draws inspiration from the energy of the people around him, movie characters, and anime.
