The Lemon-Elderflower Spread
Ingredients:
Dregs of the jam
1/2 oz Fords Gin
1/4 tsp St. Germain
A drop of orange bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into mini jam jar and garnish with a teeny tiny lemon peel. Do not leave in front of cat who likes to knock small things on the ground.
