Sno Ball Express opened today at noon at On Tap in Bend. We were the first customers, thanks to Austin, my real estate agent and friend, who suggested we come. With 70 and up weather starting today, this is exactly what you want for patio season. Tastes like summer in a cup.
He ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake with Vanilla Ice Cream. I got the Island Breeze with Vanilla Ice Cream. Really tasty, not super sweet, light and fluffy.
This is one I’ll come back to with my family. It’s fun, it’s easy, and it deserves opening weekend hype.
We kept it simple with tacos and a beer from El Taquero while we were there.
