Id you are in Japan: Camellia Gallery in Tokyo until this Saturday 2nd May. Playful at
@gallerycamellia
The exhibition Playful presents Laura’s wildlife-themed ink paintings and an interactive wooden sculpture installation Play in Progress. The paintings are inspired by real-life encounters with animals during her travels near and far. Intuitive, minimal yet expressive, the ink works capture the essence of animal figures: their movement, character and energy. The works convey the joy, spontaneity and coincidence present in Laura’s drawing process.
