One Playground presents OneCoach. A new brand, created from a 12 year history. Why One Coach? We are made to believe our fitness goals are a solo pursuit. Support is considered weakness, rather than strength. So we start our fitness journey alone. We show up. We do the work. For most of us, our results don’t reflect our effort. We convince ourselves that motivation is the problem, and think “I can do it alone, I just need to try harder”. But there is a reason that even the most committed athlete needs a Coach. And even Coaches, use Coaches. Because research shows that we are up to 9.5x more likely to achieve our goals when we have support. We know that having a Coach is a Superpower. A Coach sees what you can’t. They turn effort into results, intention into outcomes, and finally unlock your full potential. And that’s why we created OneCoach. To bring quality coaching to more people, in more ways. What is OneCoach? OneCoach is the result of 12 years of lessons from Coaching thousands of clients through countless goals. We have learned that no single approach works, and that clients need to be supported in many ways. The concept is based on 3 pillars: 1. Coaching beyond the gym floor. The OneCoach App will power your results, both in your sessions and outside of them. From training, nutrition, running and Breathwork. All goals are supported and all results are tracked. In person and online. 2. Education you can trust. Access workshops, read research backed articles, or tune in to the OneCoach Podcast to get quality education the way you prefer. Or turn your passion into your career, and study at the OneCoach Academy. 3. Shared experiences. OneCoach is hosting “Destination One” local and intentional fitness & wellness retreats. The OneCoach Conference will be held this July, and hosted at One Playground North Sydney. Because shared goals, drive relationships and results. Discover OneCoach. An ecosystem of support on the gym floor, and beyond. The OneCoach concept has 3 pillars: 1. Coaching Beyond the Gym Floor. There are 168 hours in a week. Your Coaching must deliver outcomes beyond the session, and drive change beyond the gym floor. Your in-person and online Coaching experience will be powered by the OneCoach App. 2. Education you can trust. Knowledge is power. We want to empower our clients with quality education so they can take control of their results. Access education from our OneCoach workshops, weekly newsletter, podcast or conference. Or become a Coach via our OneCoach Academy. First intake starts March 31. 3. Shared Experiences. The world has changed. Run clubs are the new nightclubs, and we would rather spend our Saturday nights lifting a bar, than at one.
