If somehow you don’t know who UPG are, it’s about time! They’ve been tearing up the battle scene for a few years now. Birmingham-grown, London affiliated. Between them they battle, perform, choreograph, teach, DJ, produce, and much more. A seriously versatile and talented group of artists. D-Nice joined Marshon Dance Company in 2016 when we first started, as part of our training & performance team ‘Marshon Cadets’. A real Marshon OG. A true embodiment of who and what we are. He’s always had a natural connection with freestyle and we’ve seen him grow significantly in several styles, particularly krump and hip hop. If you see him across the battle-floor, you best be prepared! Tytan joined Marshon in 2017, as part of ‘Marshon Recruits’, bringing his raw bboy energy and skill to the company. He has since become a super high level all-rounded dancer. His authenticity bleeds into every style he touches, he’s a real force to be reckoned with in the battle scene. Catch him at your next event dancing or DJ’ing! Quake joined Marshon in 2019 as part of ‘Marshon Recruits’. Another extremely versatile dancer, whose skills don’t stop there. We’re half convinced he has clones because he seems to be everywhere at once, at every event and show there is - It’s a testament to his dedication and commitment to the scene. Quake has consistently shown love and loyalty to Marshon, we put up the bat signal and he appears. Thank you, all three of you, for your constant support and energy. We appreciate you!
