Seasons and Self Efficacy
Seasons don’t last forever, but they always come with lessons. Some seasons stretch us, others refine us, and a few completely redefine us. The real difference lies in what we do with those lessons.
I learnt the power of self-efficacy from DDK, the ability to navigate challenges, adapt, and succeed riding on past successes. Lesson learned from different seasons strengthens that belief, shaping how confidently we approach what comes next.
Growth, resilience, and future success are often forged in seasons we didn’t choose but learned from anyway. The key is not just going through them, but learning from them, because what we do with those lessons and how much we believe in our ability to apply them ultimately determines how well we thrive in the next season.
