A lakeside ballroom draped and designed to feel light and airy. Multiple tablescape designs. A back and forth weather forecast that forced us to have a few tough convos and make a difficult morning rain call that meant repositioning an entire production team and rearranging the room before a single guest arrived (while checking in on family, bridal party, and making sure everyone was feeling good). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sometimes I think a planner truly proves themselves in moments when nothing is going to plan in how they handle chaos - with calm leadership, teamwork, and understanding that it takes a village to make magic happen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ That’s not luck. That’s a year of planning, design decisions, vendor management, and knowing the couple well enough that when the plan changes, we roll with the punches. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Full-service planning and design means having someone who’s been in the details since day one. A core part of who I am is centered around hosting and hospitality, so while a lot of what I do is for weddings, the homey, approachable, “my door is always open” vibe is also me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For my brand shoot, I really wanted to show my personality even more, but also in a way that is true to who I am and what I do in my day-to-day life!
