Happy Spring! I’ll be slingin’ sweets at @nowservingla on Saturday 4/4 from 2:30pm-5:30pm. In addition to bibingkas, I’ll be selling slices of cassava cake and biko - sticky rice with coconut and brown sugar. And starting today, you can preorder bibingka boxes to pick up. (Just bibingkas, for now!) Each box contains 4 bibingkas for $22. The final day to preorder is Thursday 4/2. Please DM me with your order and send your payment to nananu_ka on Venmo. My heart is overflowing with emotions - joy, love, nostalgia, and a touch of disbelief. This was a wedding for family, of family, and by family - a true DIY dream come to life. The groom made his grand entrance on an “elephant” bike handcrafted by his dad 🚲🐘, the flowers were lovingly arranged by his mom (she also made all the garlands), and the ceremony was beautifully performed by moi, the bride’s mom. And the highlight? Drumroll please 🥁… two unforgettable days of gourmet feasts cooked by the groom and his friends.
