Making a statement from every angle. I’m still buzzing from my collaboration with the incredibly talented @oldfashionedstandards to design this thought-provoking hat that proudly declares “Trans Rights” - and I love how it speaks for itself, even from behind. This collaboration meant the world to me, and I was determined to showcase this hat at @vanfashionweek this past April. With everything going on in the United States and parts of the world, it’s more important than ever to stand up for trans rights. Trans lives matter - we are here, we’ve always been here, and we’re not going away. I wanted to wear a hat that made a statement and had an impact, and I feel like we did just that. I had the privilege of walking into Vancouver Fashion Week in style, wearing one of two stunning outfits I had to choose from, courtesy of Old Fashioned Standard's latest Spring/Summer collection. I opted for this chic black denim two-piece for the occasion, and stay tuned for my next post where I'll be sharing the alternative outfit. To complete the look, I paired the denim outfit with my trusty @onlymaker_shoes platform heels, a Maison Mariela 5AC mini bag, and of course, my labubu! I have so much admiration for Old Fashioned Standard as a designer, and I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be sharing an exclusive interview with them on my revamped fashion blog this Friday!
