What number lies ethically at the forefront of a virtuous archery shot? It’s largely shooter based. Some guys can stack 3” groups at 100 yards, does that mean it’s right to release an arrow at an animal at that distance? A range cap is a personal restriction that should be determined by kinetic energy and shoot-ability.

Is compromising safety worth a freezer full of meat? 🥩

This past weekend Montana decided to throw some colder weather at us. We hiked in a few miles and spent a few hours glassing for bears. Eventually the cold got the better of us as the fog settled in, and we decided to hike out. Always a good time up in the mountains. #hunt #montana #outdoors #glass #bearhunting
