The goal going into this year was to more intentional with my work and to begin work on finding my artistic voice, a long and tedious road it'll be, of that I'm very sure but the fun, joy of learning and the end result of having a voice hopefully of my own would make that journey worth it. Pursuing that goal this is the First in a series of works inspired by a few things but most of all contrast in bw (like silver sitting on darker skin) and dutch fine art photographer Bastian Woudt (who I'm a massive fan of). This editorial began with a singular hair reference, a sculptural starting point that I used to develop an entire visual language. My goal was to pair that architectural crown with a silhouette that felt like molten metal, shifting the needle from a standard beauty shoot to a high-fashion statement.
The result is a masterclass in refined maximalism. It’s about more than the garment; it’s about the strategic positioning of the muse within the story we’ve built.
