We invite you to a festive evening at Metro54 to celebrate the launch of our platform OKRA.  Alongside our very first publication, we will present a Reading Room curated by @SeedArchives . Developed in response to the theme of the issue, the Reading Room offers context, references, and new perspectives on the essays, interviews, and visual projects brought together in our first issue, Afro-European. The evening will be accompanied by food from @tab.ili , and the Reading Room is provided by USM Modular Furniture. January 23, 6-9pm Metro54, Westerdoksdijk 597 RSVP [email protected] The launch of OKRA is generously supported by @metro54 , @stimuleringsfonds , @afk020 and @usmmodularfurniture   Seed is a living library and cultural space celebrating African and Caribbean heritage through art, design, and material culture. The growing collection connects diaspora communities with their histories through free access to books and traditional objects within an intentionally curated home environment. More than an archive, it’s a space for cultural reconnection, learning, and community dialogue.
