Looking forward to seeing our piece in the upcoming MDW group show “MUJI, Made”, curated by Marsha Golemac. Great to be showing alongside some of our favourite creatives and working with a curator - @marshagolemac - whose work we’ve long admired.
MUJI, Made.
An exhibition presented by MUJI Australia, exploring how restraint, clarity and material consideration are brought into form. MUJI, Made. reveals how these principles shape the brand’s enduring approach to design, informing objects that are both universal and deeply human.
Bringing together a selection of MUJI products alongside new responses by Australian architects, designers and makers, the exhibition explores experimentation, reuse and assembly as methods of extending and reinterpreting everyday objects.

New to the OKO OLO collection
Genevieve Hromas and Juliet Ramsey began formally collaborating as @okoolostudio in 2020 (maybe we can guess why). Bringing together backgrounds in design, furniture and fashion, the duo leans into re-use, material experimentation, and limiting waste.
Asked about the most unglamorous material they’re currently obsessed with, Juliet admits, “We feel like this is just a current everyday thing for us…. Almost a problem - Genevieve recently pulled out an old paper BRIGHT yellow shopping bag and asked me if it would be too weird to use this as the shade on a new version of our plank lamp…” Checks out.
Juliet spoke with Andy Kelly (Director of Collecible design at MAF) about their invaluable friendship (stretching all the way to preschool), the strangest piece they’ve made that could be a sci-fi prop, and more.

We’re so excited to be exhibiting as part of @futureobjekt at @melbourneartfair 2026 alongside such a STELLAR line-up of leading designers, artists and galleries.
Envisioned as both stage and showcase, FUTUREOBJEKT is the new collectable design salon dreamed up by Melbourne Art Fair as a platform for discovery. Here, objects refuse to behave, ideas shapeshift, and design, architecture and art collide in unpredictable ways. The program brings a sharpened curatorial lens to the design landscape, amplifying the voices and material narratives shaping contemporary culture today.
A fair-within-a-fair, FUTUREOBJEKT is built for encounter, disruption and the thrill of the not-yet-known.
We look forward to seeing you there.
