15 years clean and sober today. Patting myself on the back because that’s a big one for me. Now, on to 15 years and one day. Endless thanks to many many many people, most of all @blu__angel . Next year we’ll celebrate my 16 years clean and sober as a MARRIED couple of doofs.

[This one-of-a-kind coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila, a third generation coffee grower, on his Santa Monica farm in Quindio, Colombia. During harvest, these 100% Caturra Pink Bourbon cherries were strictly picked with the same level of ripeness, exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours with dried mandarin skins, and later shadow-dried in parabolic beds, again mixed with the mandarin skins until the ideal moisture content was achieved. The result is an elegantly balanced mix of Terry's Chocolate Orange, lemon zest and mint tea.]
