Pepper harvest season is not just a harvest season for us but quintessentially the whole purpose of why we started and we exist. It’s about bringing you naturally grown top quality spices from small and marginal farmers and trying to improve their livelihoods and keep it sustainable.
This season doesn’t just gives us delicious pungent peppers but reaffirms our purpose, takes us closer to our vision and imbibes hope in the farming families and especially their younger generations that spice growing is one of their best livelihood options and if we change the way how spices are grown and sold currently, there is a whole world waiting to use their spices and appreciate their efforts to grow them. It reaffirms that the world is craving for these sustainably grown spices and we are up to its demand.
It’s in this time when our planet rewards us with some really delicious pungent peppers for the sustainable and patient approach our farmers take for the rest of the year, and you all support it by giving these spices a place in your shelf.
Happy pepper harvest to all of us !

The last fortnight gave us two moments we will never forget. 💚
✨ At the Next Billion Forum in Bengaluru, organised by @next_bharat Ventures (backed by Suzuki Motor Corporation), we stood on one of the biggest stages of our journey so far. Representing the spice growers of Idukki in front of such leaders and dignitaries was humbling. But with that spotlight came a quiet doubt—the weight of justifying the trust placed on us by the ecosystem, especially the Next Bharat team. Do we really deserve to be here?
🌿 The answer came a few days later, during Onam, when we shared our first-ever bonus with our pepper farmers. It was a simple gesture to stay fair after prices rose post-procurement. The joy on their faces, the satisfaction in their smiles—that was our reassurance. That was the moment we knew: yes, we do deserve to be here, because we stand rooted in our values and our purpose.
Experiences like these remind us that the true stage isn’t lit by spotlights, but by the smiles of our farmers. When you choose Graamya, you become part of that stage too. 🌶️✨

Last month, something amazing simmered in the kitchens of @slurpculinaryacademy 🌶️✨
With the support of Chef @sushildn , we brought a pepper tasting experience like no other—where students explored the complex notes of our indigenous black and white peppers. But it didn’t stop there. They cooked, questioned, and uncovered the flavor nuances market peppers simply can’t match.
What truly stood out? The realization that chefs aren’t just cooking—they’re shaping the future of what we grow and how we eat. 🌍👨🍳

Two lives. Two objects. One binds you with responsibility and one gives you a sense of freedom. Tale of opposite genders.

It has been a hectic last few days but the smiles make it all worth it at the end.
It’s heartening to see the efforts reciprocated by our partner farmers as we have been busy documenting and collecting rare indigenous pepper varieties.
Hope you are as much excited about this as all of us!
