Inside the new @solmodern.phx , #bKLInteriors worked closely with #offshootcreative to design an amenity experience that caters to the downtown Phoenix lifestyle.
The hospitality-inspired interiors of this 1.3 million square foot tower support a comprehensive range of resident activities, with lounges, kitchens, cabanas, spa areas, fitness zones, and social spaces — all aimed at extending daily living beyond individual apartment units.
In addition to their functionality, the interiors of Sol Modern also embrace the beautiful color palette of the Arizona desert, with rich yellow, pink, and dusty sage green creating a vibrant visual experience around every corner.

In the heart of Fulton Market, this residential tower sits on the historic site of Arthur Harris & Company. Navigating the legacy of the past while designing for the future challenged our team to be flexible, creative, and solution-driven.
As our Development Manager, Lauren Tazza, shares in this video—Arthur on Aberdeen is our largest Chicago project to date, delivered two weeks ahead of schedule thanks to seamless teamwork across partners.
