Here are a few renderings of a single family home that we designed in the Ravenswood Gardens neighborhood. This house abuts the north branch of the Chicago River, providing private access off the backyard. Construction is in-progress!

Permit received!!! 3952 N. Seeley (2035 W, Irving Park) will be a 5-story, 37-unit building with an outdoor rooftop, balconies, and ~3000 SF of commercial space at the ground floor.

We have been working on a new development in Niles with our friends at @noahpropertieschicago ! Last night we presented our initial ideas to the Village Board. We are only in the initial massing and layout stage, but we’re looking forward to seeing how this one develops and how we can make this section of Niles even more successful, beautiful, and desirable.
We have a mixed-use development in the works! We’re working with Kiferbaum Development Group to create a mixed-use building at 2240 N Milwaukee. This site has been vacant for over a decade — the addition of a mixed-use building will bring some vitality to this stretch of Milwaukee and fill in the “missing teeth”.
