With diesel prices sitting at $3.30L and climbing, feels like a new version of lockdown again. Thinking about all the cool places I’ve gotten to with the Anywhere Brew Bar, and where I want to go once I get $400 to fill up the tank and hit the road for a weekend. After 3 massive days at the @melbournecoffeeexpo I have quite a few new coffees to brew up and maybe a cheeky t-shirt I might release (you might’ve spotted it at MICE). Lastly, speaking of, thank you to everyone that stopped by to check out the @wacaco_au gear I was messsing around with at the @coffeetoolsdist stand! For now it might just be some garden brews and local ventures šŸ•ļø

Nothing better than a delicious brew by the river, listening to the sounds of the water running amongst the rocks and leaves, the birds above and a gentle breeze through the canopy of trees.

Little trip down memory lane to our 3 weeks around Tasmania, many amazing views accompanied with delicious brews. These aren’t my usual high quality, just snaps taken from my old and crumbling phone while I was enjoying my time. We had a guest at one of our stops who needed to inspect the car, and show just how messy living on the road can be if you’re not careful. Very excited to do another big roadtrip soon, but where to… šŸ•ļø . . . . . ā˜•ļø #coffee #offroad #4wdlife #tasmania #visittasmania

Happy Friday! Hope you’ve got some plans for a great weekend, whether it be bush or city, home or shop brews. Treat yourself! Here’s a little collection of some of my favourite things while I’m out and about. Sunnies, chairs, brewers and of course, Brum, the car that gets me to some incredible places and home of the Anywhere Brew Bar. Now where to find myself for the next adventure šŸ•ļø

Cheeky bush brews with the one and only @slightly_overcaffeinated , the master of my new favourite brewer. In the lead up to the @orea.uk Open hosted by @brewmethods next week, we had a few brews to start our day. One of them being the most delicious gesha from El Diviso, a leader for my top coffee of the year already. After seeing the Z1 in action, it’s definitely one to join my arsenal of brewers. Have you tried it yet? I absolutely recommend it! Hope you have a great week with delicious brews!

Nothing better than following a track to see where it takes you, this time I found a new mountain top to chill out. Might just have to come back and setup camp for a night up here šŸ•ļø

Coffee, cats and coffee table work. I’ve been tinkering away fixing up this Huon Pine slab we bought in Tasmania, set to be our new coffee table. There’s something satisfying about a cup of coffee and filling in all the holes and cracks in preparation for the finishing oil. Of course, there’s always time for attacking my @feindcoffee Beanvent calendar. Anyone else learning a new hobby this year? #coffee #pourover #homecoffee #coffeereel #homebrew #homebrewer #origamiair #homebarista #

Swipe for the juicy goodness ā¬…ļø Typically, I’m not a big spro guy, but when you get a good bag of beans, just can’t say no! I’ve also really fallen in love with manual espresso, just like filter it’s such a mindful activity with delicious results at the end What was your favourite coffee of 2025??

Well, where to even begin. 2025 the year that tried to be pretty crap but turned out pretty great. The friends I’ve made through creating this account, and the opportunities it’s made for me I can’t be more thankful for. I’m incredibly grateful for the people I’ve met this year and how much I’ve learnt from this wild adventure. Do I understand how social media works yet? Not a clue at all, but I’ll keep posting what makes me happy. Here’s to next year, more adventures, more coffee, and the Anywhere Brew Bar making more appearances. Thank you and see you next year!

Something a lil different, I hosted a class at my work on how to brew a delicious cup from a French Press. Having people come away from it learning something new and discovering a delicious tasting cup of coffee is incredibly satisfying. Hoping to host a few more classes in the new year on the many other ways of brewing.
