Proud moment this week as we presented the donation to @off.the.ropes 🥊
Thanks to everyone who supported, donated, and got involved, we managed to raise an amazing £3,001.94 for a brilliant charity that helps young people build confidence, discipline, and a positive future through boxing.
We’re incredibly proud to play a small part in something that genuinely makes a difference in the community 💙
Big thanks again to everyone who helped make it happen.
Some lovely shots of one of our free NHS staff sessions last week ☺️ 📸 @peta.nash

With 24th February fast approaching, we want to take a moment to recognise @detoxdarren incredible commitment to his 200km in 40 days challenge.
Taking on a challenge like this is no small thing, especially when it is being done with such a personal and heartfelt reason behind it. Finishing the remaining distance on a day that holds so much meaning, in memory of his much loved dad on what would have been his 67th birthday, is truly powerful.
Every kilometre run is helping us continue our work supporting adults across the UK who are experiencing mental health challenges. Through non-contact boxing, we create a safe, supportive environment where people can improve both their physical and mental wellbeing, build confidence, and feel part of a positive community.
We are incredibly grateful for the effort, honesty, and determination shown throughout this challenge, and we will be cheering extra loudly as the final day approaches.
If you are able to support, donations and shares make a real difference and help us reach more people who need a safe outlet and support. Please use reference JCK if you choose to donate.

Good run this evening with ex pro Warren from @off.the.ropes this evening. Locking in getting the miles done. 69KM remaining let’s go 👊🏽 it’s not too late to donate 🙏
Family, friends and everyone in between. I’m over half way through and I’ve got some catching up to do but determined to get it done. Any donations will be gratefully recieved in cash or transfer to the details below. Have currently raised nearly £500 but I am aiming for £1000 so we still have a long way to go any support would be greatly appreciated 🙏

@detoxdarren is running 200km in 40 days for Off The Ropes!
We are incredibly grateful to be the chosen charity for this amazing challenge. Taking on 200km in 40 days is no small feat, especially for someone who does not call themselves a regular runner. That mix of determination, and heart is exactly what Off The Ropes is all about.
What makes this journey even more meaningful is the decision to finish the remaining distance on 24th February, in memory of a much loved dad on what would have been his 67th birthday. We are truly honoured to be part of something so personal and powerful.
Every step taken helps us continue supporting adults across the UK who are facing mental health challenges. Through non-contact boxing, we provide a safe, structured outlet where people can build strength, confidence, and community, both physically and mentally.
Thank you for pushing yourself out of your comfort zone to raise awareness and funds for our work. We will be cheering you on every kilometre of the way.
If anyone would like to support this challenge, please donate using reference JCK or help by sharing the page and spreading the word about Off The Ropes.

Boxing sessions @off.the.ropes@oxleasnhs offer men struggling with mental health a way to build wellbeing, fitness and friendships.
Through our Men's Health Strategy, we're working to meet men where they are, and address challenges such as poor mental health and suicide.
A 10 person freestanding punchbag rig we recently designed & built bespoke for @off.the.ropes in collaboration with @revival_systems & @champs_fightstore
Ample room for 10 people to work out simultaneously with 8 bags and 2 pull-up stations all within a single, self contained footprint.
This approach, as opposed to having individual bags hanging from the walls maximised functional use of the space with 2 full size boxing rings, sled track, weights and open floor for shadow boxing.
