A recent update @toptotoefitness We removed the old storage cage at a first glance it looked as if the storage cage was great but like most storage units it was enclosed and just ended up storing everything and anything We removed the cage in its entirety along with all the storage shelves @dbjonespaintingdecorating then painted the walls and ceiling to match the rest of the gym We then laid our 20mm matting / installed some new free standing storage and disposed of all redundant and un used equipment With the gym getting busier it gave the gym that extra few SQM of space it also made it the gym feel and look bigger !! #faversham #macknadefinefoods #revivalsystems #gymideas

The newest kid on the block in #fulhambroadway @1andahalf_ A cool space we helped create for the guys the flooring was something we had never used before white matting with black speckles but it really complimented the oak panelling The studio has a real unique feel to it but it’s perfect for a pt studio it has everything you need to get fitter / faster / stronger ! A full renovation of a unused double garage We spoke with Jin & Sandy about the ideas they had for the space they were wanting to create not only a gym but a space they could socialise and have a integrated cupboards for storage The initial steps were to insulate the rear wall and board out prior to @dbjonespaintingdecorating spraying the walls and ceiling in black After Danny had finished changing the colour scheme We got to work ourselves ourselves and @phil.simpson.electrical installed some led lighting to brighten the space up with it being black we opted to go for 3 different lighting set ups the main floor space, the gym and bar area having independent lighting we also installed various plug sockets for the tv / sauna & bar area simultaneously we also installed our 20mm black EPDM matting throughout Step 4 was to install the storage cupboards and start to panel the walls to in a dark oak colour really giving the space the wow factor Finally we were at the stage of installing the gym equipment we opted for a revival power rack with integrated arms for the punch bags that were purchased from @champs_fightstore we also supplied : adjustable bench Bumper plate set Olympic barbells Dip attachment / kids pull up bar attachments plate and barbell storage The final bits that were installed was a custom made bar with a cooler because no one’s likes warm beer 🍺 , two person infrared sauna With the final piece of the puzzle 🧩 being supplied by @simplypoolandsnooker A really enjoyable job and a true transformation !! #renovation #revivalsystems #gymequipment #installs #garageconversion

Re configuration of @mhr_fitness Max and the team were wanting to make more of an open plan space for their SGPT classes They opted for removal of the track and re locating the power racks and cable racks The removal of any track means most of the time one side of the flooring will have to be completely relayed this is due to the tracks having a certain tolerance and not being exactly to size leaving a horrid gap or of cut of tile in the gym if not done properly The end result was a success a more free flowing space If you need help re structuring the gym drop us a DM ✌️ #revivalsystems #gyminstall #southampton #SGPT #functionalfitness
