Artur’s baby
As his internship has come to an end, Arturs leaves us with a physical piece of his own spirit: a custom-made bag, designed and crafted by hand. During these past few months we have been blessed to witness and learn from his endless creativity and drive, now watching with pride as he moves on to shape the future of design.

Touch, taste and inhale OPIECE at @mokka.interior showroom, ‘Berga Bazars’, Riga Open on workdays 10:00 - 19:00
With @oad.opiece , we have recently joined @design.latvia - a collective of design industry leaders dedicated to bringing Latvian craft to the global stage.
It was an honor hosting the monthly meeting of Design Export Alliance of Latvia at our studio. Connecting with members over homemade food and @zaneteteresulce ’s porcelain tableware - what a delight!
Architect @zaneteteresulce in conversation with @balticoutlookmagazine talks about her creative inspiration and the message behind Porcelain Collection.
“I’ve never really been able to
separate architecture from interior design, just as I cannot separate interiors from the objects within them. An object cannot be divorced from its overall context. Everything is connected and coexisting, “ shares Zane Tetere-Sulce.
If you find yourself on an @airbaltic flight this March, reach for the magazine and get to know the heart and mind behind OPIECE.
Form is not decorative but revealed through structure and proportion.
Each object begins as an
architectural idea, allowing geometry to become the main language of expression. A constant
dialogue between control and chance, intention and accident shapes the outcome.
In a symbiotic collaboration between @zaneteteresulce of @oad.opiece , metal artist @spridzansedgars and glass artist @artisnimanis_glass_artist , a glass sculpture in the form of a lamp was born.
Wavy glass surface, layered composition and vibrant colors transport us into a sublime world full play and beauty. Glass, aluminum, and steel, they embody a character of contrasts - opposing elements in seamless harmony. Created as a custom-made interior piece for a project of @oad.archi

Porcelain’s strength lies in its delicacy. For centuries, translucency has been one of the material’s most cherished qualities. Creating the luminous effect of transparency requires a delicate balancing act - the material is fired at extreme temperatures, partially melting the particles, partially binding them into a dense, non-porous body. Dense yet delicate, porcelain remains strong as light passes through, creating a soft, ethereal glow.
