The older you get, the more you realise how much of your mother’s love exists in the small things. The reminders to eat, checking what time you'll get home, and knowing something's wrong before you say a word. 😌
To the mums who love us in a thousand quiet ways, Happy Mother’s Day! ❤️

I thought I knew what leadership looked like until I had to make decisions that didn’t have clear answers…
To become a better leader, I turned to self-help—but that complicated things even further.
In the end, what really helped was learning by doing and admitting I don’t have all the answers. By learning and growing alongside leaders across cultures, contexts and perspectives, I could try to figure out what kind of leader I’m going to be.
Leadership is not about having it all figured out. No one is born a leader, but we’re all becoming one as we go.
