We had a wonderful time at the exciting launch of the incredible SEEN Festival in Lewisham at the beautifully renovated @broadwaycatford - with some powerful speeches, performances, food and cocktails, it was a beautiful evening! Lewisham is representing what it truly means to celebrate true diversity in such a loving and creative community! South London at its absolute finest.

✨MEET THE CRANES CREATIVE TEAM!!
DEMI (she/her) is a writer and actor born and bred in South London. She is co-founder of Side eYe Productions. Her work explores themes of power, justice and resistance, shining a light on women whose voices are often suppressed, distorted or deliberately erased. Cranes, is her playwriting debut.

POPPY (she/her) is a freelance director. She is co-founder and Resident Director of Side eYe Productions and has been Resident Assistant Director at HOME Manchester, RADA and Theatre Freiburg in Germany. She has a special interest in international, interdisciplinary and queer work as well as working with young people and in communities. She is currently a trainee psychotherapist at the Institute of Group Analysis.
