Calistoga Mayor @donaldwilliamscalistoga welcomed marathon runners at the start in Calistoga, while Napa Mayor @scottsedgleyfornapamayor kicked off the half marathon at the start line at Conn Creek.
At the finish in Napa, Congressman @repmikethompson , Napa Vice Mayor Mary Luros, and Napa Mayor Scott Sedgley were there to hold the tape as our winners crossed the line.
During her panel at this year’s Expo, three-time Olympian @shannonrowbury shared her perspective on mindset and resilience, and reflected on what it will mean to finally receive her Olympic bronze at @la28 for the women’s 1500m from the 2012 London Olympics.
Some people fuel with gels. Some with electrolytes.
And some… spectate in a recliner with a glass of Pinot at 7am. I know which we’re doing next time. Congrats runners!
