Historically grounded, Project Parkside is rooted within the mature, tree-lined streets of Toronto’s High Park neighbourhood. To breathe new life into the main floor,  a thoughtful balance of preservation + contemporary amenity was explored.
For a family who loves to entertain, the kitchen + dining area was expanded + reoriented to create a generous, multi-functional gathering space. Original wood elements were carefully restored + paired with a layered material palette of soft white, vibrant greens, + warm neutrals, a subtle nod to the surrounding park landscape.
This time last year our team completed the planning + design, readying for a construction start in Spring. By October, this +100-year-old Edwardian home was ready for its next chapter.
Thank you to our clients for entrusting us with this special project, + to the talented construction team who brought our design work to life.
