As im in this space of rebranding & growing, i figured it was time to reintroduce myself and tell you about my journey here and the vision forward. 😎 • hi, i’m ally 🤍 and if we haven’t met yet, or it’s been a while, i wanted to reintroduce myself. i’m the founder and lead clinician of Nutritionally Well, a space rooted in the belief that healing isn’t just about what you eat… it’s about how deeply you’re supported in the process. i hold a master’s in integrative health and nutrition, and i’m a board certified clinical nutritionist and certified nutrition specialist (CNS), with a background in strength and conditioning. but beyond the titles, my work is about people. real people, with real symptoms, real lives, and real stories that deserve more than a protocol. my approach blends the structure and science of clinical nutrition with the softer side of healing, the part that honors your nervous system, your stress, your patterns, your lived experience. i don’t just hand you a plan. we walk through it together. alongside client work, i also get to create educational content for supplement and nutraceutical companies, helping bridge the gap between research and the humans it’s meant to help. 🫶 that work feeds this one, and vice versa. i started this practice with a vision: to create a place where women feel heard, understood, and guided; a space where health feels like coming home. and looking ahead, that vision is only growing. Nutritionally Well is becoming more than just a clinical practice, it’s becoming a hub for grounded, functional care that actually fits your life. • if you’ve been here for a while, thank you for walking alongside me. if you’re new here, welcome in 👋 i’m so glad you found this space ❤️ Such exciting changes to come!! 📸 @hey.itsninamarin 🎥 @setinsimple

A small clip from a recent off-boarding with a beautiful client of mine 🥹❤️ (to watch the full session & see how we supported Nichole through our program, head over to my website through the link in my bio) • When people hear “nutritionist” it’s easy to dismiss the need for one. “My food isn’t the problem.” • And while your “food” might not be your problem, 9 times out of 10, the environment the food is going into, the metabolism, the nutrient deficiencies, and the digestive dysfunction usually are the problem🥹🫠 • Nutritionallywell’s approach to your care is gut-centered. We address the environment food is going into, how you’re breaking down that food, how you’re using it in the body and why certain breakdowns in this chain of command are compounding the problem. • It’s investigative. It’s seeking the source. It’s holistic. It’s preventative. It’s empowering. • While all the science behind our program is a key feature, what really shines is our phased approach that brings you CLARITY. It makes every step of the process achievable, manageable and tangible. We want you to feel empowered in the journey. LEARN the tools you need so that when our work is done, you can off-board (just like our friend Nichole here 🤗) and feel confident in maintaining your new quality of life! • My books are open and ready for you ❤️ DM me directly or head over to the link in my bio to schedule a discovery call and start our onboarding ASAP. Your days of chronic digestive, hormonal and metabolic issues are over!!

Another client making their way through our program 🫶🥹 • Can you even believe all the areas of improvement for this client?!? • Whenever a new client comes in, I make it a point to extract as much information as possible from them. I not only want to get to know you, but also understand your journey up until me. Your body presents a story and usually most complaints don’t happen overnight. So it’s so important I get the FULL blueprint to really get a better understanding of what is going on, on a deeper level. • It’s a beautiful thing when we can take a step back, zoom out and start seeing things from a macro lense. What’s connected? What’s correlated? What can we do to support it through diet and lifestyle? • Love supporting you on your journeys and can’t wait to meet more of you in 2025❤️ • Does this client success story resonate? Follow the link in my bio to schedule a FREE discovery call with me to see how I can support you best 👍📲

I’ve been sitting on this news and I don’t want to wait any longer to share it. 🤍🤭 • I’m speaking at NYSCC Suppliers’ Day on May 20th at the Javits Center in New York City!! • Four years ago I wrote “speak at a major industry conference” on a list I wasn’t sure I’d ever share with anyone. And today I’m sharing it with all of you 🥹 • My talk is titled Beauty Begins in the Gut, because I truly believe that the future of skincare isn’t just what we put on our skin. It’s understanding the gut-skin axis, the communication happening inside our bodies every single day, and how that shows up on our faces before we even notice. This is the work that gets me out of bed in the morning. Getting to bring it to a room full of people who are shaping this industry 🤯 I’m not taking that lightly!! • If you’ll be there, I would love to meet you. Wednesday, May 20th at 12:15 PM. Come say hi. 💛 • • • • • • #NYSCC #SupplierDay #GutSkinAxis #Microbiome

💰💵Add up what you’ve spent on supplements in the last 12 months….. I’ll wait. Now tell me: do you feel better? Or do you just feel like you’re doing something? 🤔 • I ask this not to be harsh. I ask it because I sit across from women every single week who are spending $200, $300, sometimes $400 a month on supplements they read about online, and their symptoms haven’t moved. And they’ve started to wonder if THEY’RE the problem. 🤯 They’re not. • Here’s the thing nobody in the wellness space wants to say out loud: 🫢 💊supplements without testing are an educated guess AT BEST. AT WORST, they make symptoms worse and can have down stream effects on your health. • 💥I’ve had clients taking broad-spectrum probiotics that were actively feeding a bacterial overgrowth we didn’t know was there. 💥I’ve had people on high-dose B vitamins that were piling onto a methylation issue that needed a completely different approach. 💥I’ve had women on 1,000 IU of vitamin D for three years who were still severely deficient because nobody checked their actual level or accounted for the cofactors needed to absorb it. • This isn’t a knock on supplements. I recommend them constantly. Hell, I even work for some companies! ☝️But there is nuance. The right ones, in the right form, at the therapeutic dose, for what’s actually showing up in your body, they are genuinely powerful. • But “the right ones” requires knowing what’s actually going on first. Test first. Then spend with intention. • That’s the consult session. That’s the whole point of it. 📲Link in bio if you’re done guessing.

I can’t tell you how many women come to me saying “I’ve tried probiotics… I’ve tried all the gut stuff… and nothing’s really changed.” And I get it. That’s usually the point where it starts to feel frustrating… or even a little defeating. Because you’re not doing nothing. You’re actually trying. • But here’s the part that often gets missed… Your gut isn’t something you can “fix” by just adding in a supplement, even if it’s a really good one!! A probiotic isn’t going to override an environment that isn’t supporting it. • If digestion is off… If your body is inflamed or chronically stressed… If the bacteria don’t have what they need to actually survive and do their job… they’re not going to stick around long enough to make a real impact. • ❎So it’s not that probiotics “don’t work”. They’re actually a great tool to have, created for very specific circumstances. ❎And it’s not that your body is the problem either. It’s that your gut needs more support than just adding something in and hoping it fixes everything. • 👀 This is where we slow things down and actually look at what your body needs as a whole so things can start working with you instead of feeling like you’re constantly trying to fix something. • If you’ve been feeling stuck here, you’re not alone 🤍 #guthealth #probiotics #digestionsupport

Ever wonder why many hydration drinks contain sugar? ❌⚡️It’s not just for energy, it’s actually part of how your body absorbs fluids. • Inside the small intestine there’s a transporter called SGLT1. 🌉Think of it like a gate that moves nutrients from the gut into the bloodstream. But here’s the interesting part: 🤝This transporter only works efficiently when glucose and sodium show up together. When glucose and sodium enter the intestine at the same time: • the SGLT1 transporter pulls them into the bloodstream • sodium moves across the intestinal wall • water follows through osmotic flow 🤓In other words: Sugar helps pull sodium into the body and water follows behind it! This is why properly formulated hydration drinks often contain: • sodium • glucose • water It’s also the exact same physiological principle used in oral rehydration therapy, one of the most effective medical treatments for dehydration worldwide. 🌍 • So the small amount of sugar you see in many hydration formulas isn’t random. 🤓💧It’s working with your physiology to help your body absorb fluids more efficiently. • • • • • #hydration #guthealth #electrolytes #dehydrated

Her bloodwork looked “normal.” But her symptoms were anything but… • Acne. Facial hair growth. Irregular cycles. Weight gain and resistance to losing it. Constant carb cravings. 🤔So what was actually going on? • Her standard bloodwork was taken right before ovulation and on the surface it looked within normal limits, no elevated markers. ⭐️Estradiol was slightly high but appropriate for the pre-ovulatory phase. ⭐️Testosterone was technically within range. ⭐️DHEA-S was “normal” although borderline low. Nothing immediately alarming from first glance right? 🚨If we stopped there, we’d likely conclude that everything looked “normal.” But symptoms told a different story. 🔎So we looked deeper. • Using a dried urine hormone test (DUTCH), we were able to evaluate something bloodwork cannot show: ✨how hormones are actually being metabolized and processed in the body. That testing revealed a few important patterns: ⬆️increased 5-alpha reductase activity, meaning more testosterone was being converted into DHT, the androgen most associated with acne and facial hair growth ⬇️lower overall cortisol production, suggesting stress-adaptation patterns that can contribute to fatigue, carb cravings, and weight loss resistance ⤵️hormone metabolism patterns that helped explain why symptoms were present even though blood levels looked relatively normal 🩸Blood testing tells us how much hormone is present at a single moment in time. ⚠️Urinary hormone metabolite testing helps us understand what the body is doing with those hormones over the course of the day. • ✅When we combine both, we move from looking at isolated numbers to seeing the full physiological picture. And that’s often where the real answers live. 🤝 • • • Looking for this type of investigative approach? In the spirit of reviewing Kardashian supplement brands… let’s talk about Lemme Debloat 👀 • Here’s what the science actually says: 🦠The formula contains XOS (xylooligosaccharides), a prebiotic fiber intended to feed beneficial gut bacteria and support short-chain fatty acid production, which helps fuel the cells lining the colon. 👨👩Human studies demonstrating microbiome shifts and improved bowel movements used doses between 1.4–8 grams per day. This formula contains 80 milligrams. 😅 That’s 17–100x lower than clinically studied doses. While the mechanism makes sense, whether this amount meaningfully alters the microbiome remains unknown. 🤷‍♀️ • It also includes a probiotic blend (44 mg) with Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus subtilis, both spore-forming strains that survive stomach acid well. 👩👨Clinical trials show Bacillus coagulans, at doses around 2 billion spores per day, significantly reduces gas, bloating, and abdominal discomfort compared to placebo in adults. Across multiple randomized controlled trials, over 200 participants demonstrated measurable symptom improvement. However, we cannot confirm how much of these strains are included in this probiotic “blend” and if it matches clinically studied doses. • As for Bacillus subtilis DE111®, evidence suggests possible support for bowel regularity, but data specific to gas and bloating is modest and inconsistent. • The remaining ingredients, tapioca syrup, cane sugar (3g added sugar), pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, sunflower oil, and carnauba wax, are included for texture, taste, and stability. • 🔬There is real science behind parts of this formula. ‼️But dose transparency and clinical context matter! 🤷‍♀️This may support occasional mild bloating. But if bloating is persistent, that’s usually a deeper physiology conversation. 🔎 • Drop the next supplement you want analyzed below 👇🏼 - All product names, trademarks and brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners. You either pay with discipline or regret. 🤷‍♀️ • One costs effort. The other costs confidence. Energy. Time. Self respect. • Discipline isn’t punishment. ❌ It’s structure. It’s self-respect. It’s choosing long-term alignment over short-term comfort. • No one talks about how quiet the work is. 🤐 The early alarms. The saying “no” to what doesn’t align. The repeating the basics when it’s not exciting anymore. 🙃 • But that’s where the growth is. Muscle is built there. Hormones are supported there. Metabolism adapts there. Confidence grows there. Let’s stop relying on motivation. Start building standards that are stronger than your moods. 🤪 Future you is always watching!! Do it for that version of yourself. • If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally build something sustainable, my Signature Health Program was designed for exactly that. 🤝 Head over to the link in my bio to inquire. • Structure > regret. Always. 💪

Gas. Bloat. Indigestion. Acid reflux. Irregular bowel movements. These aren’t random inconveniences. • What you’re seeing on this screen are just a few examples of what can show up on a GI-MAP. We can get a deeper look at: ✅ digestion ✅ microbial balance ✅ local inflammation ✅ immune function ✅ infection ✅ barrier function ✅ hormone recycling All to understand WHY you are experiencing these things. • Under the surface, you aren’t just “sensitive.” Your GI tract may be inflamed, dysbiotic, under-digesting, or immune-reactive. The important part? We don’t guess. We test. We interpret. Investigate. We build a targeted protocol. ❌No random probiotics. ❌No cutting 15 foods without context. ❌No chasing symptoms in circles. • If you’ve been living in a cycle of elimination diets, popping Tums like candy, bloating every hour of the day, or planning your day around your stomach… it might be time to look deeper. 🔍 • If this sounds like you, book a discovery call through the link in my bio and let’s see if deeper testing makes sense for your case. 💻📲

Kim K’s new energy drink definitely isn’t your standard caffeine bomb… so naturally I had to read the label. 🤓 • ☕️Instead of caffeine, it uses paraxanthine, the primary metabolite your body converts caffeine into. Early human trials show statistically significant improvements in attention and processing speed at 100–200mg doses in healthy adults. This formula uses 300mg, so in theory it should provide a noticeable alert response, but the body of research here is still much smaller than what we have on caffeine. 💥Alpha-GPC is included to support acetylcholine production (your focus neurotransmitter). Data in healthy males shows cognitive improvements around 315–630mg, but broader population data is limited. 🌊L-theanine is likely included to buffer stimulation and support a calmer focus response, though dose transparency matters, and that’s not disclosed here. 💊B12. Helpful for energy metabolism, especially in deficiency, but it doesn’t “create” energy in someone with normal status. • Overall, this is a more strategically built stimulation formula compared to most options on the market. But like all energy drinks, it’s amplifying your nervous system, not replacing sleep, blood sugar regulation, or stress resilience. • If you’re relying on stimulation daily, that’s usually a deeper physiology conversation. Drop what product you want me to break down next 👇🏼 • • • • • • • ❗️Disclaimer: This breakdown is for educational purposes only and not medical advice.
