The glass box I’m restrained in gets tighter every day,
More structures inflicted,
More taken away.
What will be left of me?
For the rest of the people around will not understand,
Struggling in my invisible box.
Another red dot on the map will remain.

I was blessed and honoured to be allowed by the designers and my professors, Chief Janice George and Buddy Joseph to execute a headpiece, woven by hand under their lights of knowledge.
Being able to see my creation go on the runway and be working behind the scenes in the vancouver indigenous fashion week was a small dream come true.
Being involved in the closing night of the show was an experience i will never forget✨
What i wear is more than just designing my appearance, it is a way for me to tell a story about myself, about how i feel during the day of and it is who I feel I am.
A big part of my day, EVERYDAY, is spending time with my clothes and accessories to figure out how i am going to perform sooshiance in the day.
Fashion is intertwined with me and it is very PERSONAL.
