More than 30 Hawaiʻi-based artists came together this past weekend to create six new plays for the Mana Wahine: A 24-Hour Play Festival, presented by Kumu Kahua Theatre, Tree Moss Hawaiʻi and Nothing Without a Company. ⁠ ⁠ Plays were created within a single 24-hour period and performed for a live audience on Sunday, April 12. ⁠ ⁠ “I wish more theaters did this or had these kinds of challenges, because it's so much fun,” said Wil Kahele, one of the playwrights who participated in the festival.⁠ ⁠ Learn more about the festival through the link in our bio.⁠ ⁠ #AlohaStateDaily #HawaiiNews⁠
